How can I get the programming for the dongle to reinstall it?

I see the Sticky download files but don't know if the upgrades are for the dongle or hard disk. Also don't know which to use if any apply.

Oops, deleted the dongle info
This is just plain stupid, but while partitioning my hard drives with Acronis I saw the fat16 partitions and deleted them. I tried recovering them but to no avail.
How can I get the programming for the dongle to reinstall it?
