Crash, no response then have to reboot MJ

Post by snooprobbierob »

I am running PC w/ Vista. Plugged MJ direct into USB port. Works fine for a while (mid way through conversation). Dumped the call. I had to call the person back. After a while (about a couple hours) MJ just does not respond then I have to unplug and plug it back in. Now, I am not going to call MJ crap cuz I am sure there are tweeks that have to be applied to everyones system for it to work (along with tweeking software). Can someone help me though? I am trying to dump Vonage but right now I dont feel comfortable dumping Vonage and going totally with MJ.

Make sure that your usb root hubs are not in the power management mode. ( Allow the computer to turn this device off to save power).
