Voice Mail Problems

Lately I've been having some issues with nonexistent voice mail notifications-I used to receive an email with a WAV attachment, and the softphone "vmail" icon would light up. I no longer receive emails and the icon no longer lights up when a new message is present, but thankfully the messages are being saved. Does anyone else have this problem?

I just tested it, and received the email.

However, I got the green, lit-up "vmail" button too. This is the first time I've ever seen that.

However, deleting voice mail isn't working. I delete the messages (press 7) and exit with #. I go back in, and I still have them.

It was doing that the first week of October.

Sometimes all you can do is wait a few days. Sometimes things become unstable because they're upgrading systems, etc.

Now the messages I deleted (2-3 times) are gone. But, the "vmail" button is still lit up bright green.

I don't think I've ever seen it lit up in 6 months. Now, the first time I've seen it, it won't turn off.
