This feature is active now, You sign into your account and can forward your calls.. I don't think it is very complex and it is more of simple forward as opposed to follow me or sim ring. With a Grand Central number you can do all those things and not worry about what the heck the follow me will do.so.. I don't even worry about it and wont till I am able to port a number to MJ and just forward that Number to whatever number I have set up at that time. If you lean back and think about it, there are so many scenarios that can be used to get the results you want, it'll keep you awake at night..All these new toys will give you so much more things to play with..oh boy oh boy oh boy!!

All you need to do is log into your my.magicjack.com and insert a phone number then click the call forward button. I've used it and it works perfectly.

I know forwarding is available and I do use it, but follow-me is why I purchaswed MJ.

It is disappointing. They always refer to it as "follow me". Taint that at all...do if the service is not working, you do not get your calls. Pricing is not the issue. It is the misinformation. IMAO

I agree, it's very misleading.

al: When will you have follow me working?
Liza: Hello, how may I help you today?
Liza: May I know what is your main issue?
al: no main issue, just want to know when above will be available
al: this feature isd listed on the package
Liza: What do you mean to say?
al: I said what I mean...there is a feature called follow me. This is where you can set multiple locations to ring and find you...are you not aware of this?
al: I was told 60 days ago it would be active in 30 days
al: If you don't know what I am talking about, please ask someone else
al: I purchased 6 magicjacks and this feature is inportant to me
Liza: Okay, please hold while I check that for you. Thank you.
Liza: Thank you for waiting patiently.
Liza: Can I have your email address please?

Liza: Thank for that information. However, we will escalate this to our administrator.
al: This has happened before, they will never answer...just a big waste of time for a simple question

I gave up with their chat...it used to be better when u could see everyone chatting...that was back when Richie, Amanage, and Dan were like the only people.
It was fun to watch use people talk while they were trying to help people lol

For what it's worth their reseller application advertises free follow me to send incoming calls to up to 3 numbers. Has anyone tried setting up call forwarding to multiple numbers? ...I have no idea if using a comma or other delimeter will do the job.

It is my understanding that they did implement this feature when the portal (my.magicjack.com) JUST came up and nobody really knew about it. (other then a few people)

Apparently it was called "Multiple Ring" or "Simultaneous Ring"

It seems that magicjack took down the portal a few seconds after it was found and when the portal came back up, that feature was gone, and then my.magicjack.com went public.

Perhaps they found it was too expensive?
It's too bad they didn't keep it, that would've been really cool.

P/S- Please correct me if I am wrong, but from what I've read, I think that's what happened.
