New phone number on softphone

Happy New Year. My magicjack number changed on my softphone when I received a green software upgrade. I have contacted technical support. Does anyone else have this problem. Technical support has no way to track your request. I am told I will receive an email.

I was also told to change the DNS on my PC several days earlier due to getting network error. Anyone have success with technical support correcting any of these problems.

well making a search on the web its lloks like you are the only one who have this kind of problem and if tech support dont resolve anything i think there is no much you can do....
