how do i restart magic jack?

Whenever i try to make a call its says TRY TO RESTART MAGIC JACK?
I am new to this and i cant figure it out, can anyone help me please?

On the softphone go to menu then scroll down to advanced users and click on restart it should be on the bottom of the list.

i do not have a softphone, i have a regular phone connected to it
