Two Phone Numbers on one MJ device

I changed my initial phone number on the MJ device and it was supposed to be disabled after 30 days, but it never happened....so nine months later, I still have "two" active numbers on one device..... and it appears the old number belongs to someone else, because I get unknown calls from who knows where.....
I didi the usual live chat support call, but the dodos in India, cannot comprehend my situation, ...they tell me to disable call forwarding and restart the MJ , which has no bearing on the actual problem. .....and there is no way to get in touch with an engineer there.

I'll be glad when my subscription expires....I'll just put this thing on ebay for 10 bucks and be rid of it
