Caller ID on 2nd call??

The basic CID work on the 1th call, but if I am in the call, 2nd incoming call doesn't show ANY the caller id on phone. I tested 2 different phone (GE and Uniden).

Is it a normal behavior??

I only get the second call CID on the softphone not on my Panasonic 2.4 Ghz i guess this is normal
