My magic jack is dead

Yesterday I plugged my magic jack and I see a red message : Warning you must plug magic jack into usb.
It was plug in a usb port, I tried the other ports and I already the same message. So I contact support by chat
I passed a few hours with these persons but I have the same problem.
They asked me to format the magic jack as a drive H, so now when I plug it the only thing I see is a blank window with the drive letter H:\ with no files inside

I run the upgrade file and at this time I receive de red warning message.

I hope that somebody can help me and sorry for the faults, I am a french canadian.
