any luch with changing softphone Ringer

Has anyone been successful in changing the ringer .wav file?

I have tried removing the skin - it always gives the error :
"an audio file uses unsupported number of samples per second"

Any hope here....the ringer is just not loud enough...


Sometimes it is silent .ie. I get a popup on the screen with no ring tone!
anyone else with this?
