Error 3 Problems!

I am having an aggravating problem. Let me start by saying that when I plug MJ in on my wifes laptop on the same network it runs great. When I plug it into my desktop I cannot get it to work. I have tried everything from disabling all programs to bypassing the router and just can't get it figured out. All spyware and viruses have been checked and removed and I have also ran winsock fix and renewed xp TCP/IP registry. Also when I run testmywoip.com I get a no connection error, but it connects fine with the laptop. When running Wireshark it looks as if it is sometimes it sends a signal but does not receive one:

Request: Register sip:talk4free.com
Status: 200 OK (1 bindings)
Destination unreachable (Port unreachable)

...and other times I get a 401 Unauthorized error:

Request: Register sip:talk4free.com
Status: 401 Unauthorized (0 bindings)
Destination unreachable (Port unreachable)

I have tried to figure out where to change my proxy but cannot find it. Any ideas on what can it be?
