How do you connect to Live Help?

How do you connect to Live Help?
I can not connect to live help. Does this come as a pop up window that my system may be blocking? Is there some setting deep within explorer that I have to changer?
Go to MJ and follow the link at the very bottom of the page for live chat help. You'll eventually get to a page where it says that you have to search for something in the MJ FAQ, and then, if you aren't happy with the answer, you can click to get to live chat.
BTW: Your question didn't have anything to do with "hacks." Not sure why you posted it in the "hacks" forum instead of the support forum.
