A question about power management!

I have a question about power management? Since I have to keep my computer running 24 hrs for magick jack to run what are the best optionf for the powermanegment schemes? Does turning off your hardive after 30 minutes or set your computer to hibernate after 30 minutes effect the usage of magicjack while its hibernating or when the hardrive is off? what do you suggest that I keep my powermanegement setiings onon, a computer I only use mj with. My monitor stays off as is? Just a curious question?
