RTP300 - No Ring back tone when dialling out

Hi all,

I have an unlocked RTP300 that I got from Vonage. I have configured the device with the Magicjack SIP settings.

So far, I am able to place and receive calls without much issues. The only thing not working at this point is the ring back tone - when I dial out a number, I hear no tone (just blank output) until the receiving party answers the call.

I have tried various things after reading online:
1) Change the dial plan and tried the following:
*xxT|*1xx|[349]11|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxT|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011x.T
and
(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
and
xx.

2) Changed the codec from G711u to G711a

3) Tried the following ring back tones:
440@-19,480@-19;*(2/4/1+2)
and
400@-19,425@-19,450@-19;*(.4/.2/1+2+3,.4/2/1+2+3)


None of these have helped so far. Does anyone have clues on what I can try next?
My current setup is as follows:
phone jack -> Linksys WAG 200g DSL modem -> Linksys RTP 300

Do you think maybe you posted in the wrong forum? What you're doing violates MagicJack's Terms of Service? And that there are many threads in the "hacks" forum discussing how to do this sort of thing?
