Anyone know how to analyze a magicjack log file?

I believe I have isolated the difference in the startup of Magicjack under Windows 7 native mode and Vista compatibility mode but don't know why it is different or if there is anything that can be done short of changing the code to fix it. Anyone willing to give it a shot?
