Does CID in this discussion mean phone number plus name?
I'm just getting the number on two lines on the cordless phone screen.
And on the software screen that pops up, I get the name and the number.
So is CID on my MJ working properly?

Yes Mj is working fine you only get the number on your phone to show up but you get the whole name and number on the softphone. Put the names of your contacts in the softphone and if you have a phone that you can program names into do that and save the numbers. So when the phone rings the name and number will come up.Hope that helped you
