Are the MagicJack servers down?
I can establish a connection but there is no audio in either direction. Even when I call my MJ from my cell phone and let it go to voice mail there is dead silence. There are no voice mail prompts. I do get an email saying that I have a new voice mail but they are also blank.
No problems for me with the Phoenix server. Maybe try changing your proxy using the how-to on the wiki?
