First off sorry if this is in the wrong place, but does anybody know how to get in contact with these guys not using the online chat?
I need major help and these guys keep telling me they cant help me as they dont have the information needed, ok so put me with a person that can help me...i get a no can do, is there anybody out there that can help me out?
This is getting old for me its a simple thing im under review i have no idea why they want tell me why so i cant add minutes for international calls, ive been told i would get a call from then within 24 hours this was 3 days ago still nothing and im sick of being spoken to by rude folks who dont care or dont seem to care.

You seem to be having a problem with Customer Service and MJ's back end office. Within this forum, as a new arrival, you have two choices. Your better choice would be to read through the threads in the "Rants and Raves" category. You will read how others have failed and succeeded in wringing help out of MJ.
If you don't feel like doing the necessary research, head on over to "The Lounge" and vent to your heart's content.
