I have had mine for about 3 months now i must admit that i had a hard time at first with echo and dropped calls but i got it all figured out, (upgrading my router and port forwarding) and now it works great most of the time and i'm very happy with magicjack. I would rate it 3 out of 5, it's hard to beat for the price.
