It seems you need to change two things.

To correct your not being able to use the service for the latter 45 minutes of each operational hour, in the appropriate Line page change "Register Expires" from 3600 to 840. (This is documented in quite a few previous threads.)

To reduce your wait time when you finish dialing a call, you need to teach your Dial Plan how to do that. Look at the bottom of this thread for a suitable Dial Plan that will also block international calls for you.

thnx mberlnt

I have entered the dialing plan like this

(*xx|911|<411:18004664411>|[235678]11!|<:1555>[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0)

But still i am not getting calls all the time . some times it goes to voicemail

Read my reply again. What have you done about the "Register Expires" timer?

Also, your Dial Plan does nothing to speed your calls along. Since you have ambiguous entries (permitting 10 digit dialing plus 11 digit dialing plus 411 is a no-no), you have given yourself no alternative than for the ATA to wait 5 extra seconds to be sure that no more digits are coming.

haack, you need to read the previous postings that deal with exactly how Caller ID works (and when it does not work), in order to either find your answer or ask the right question.

It is difficult to understand from your comment whether you are having trouble with the PAP or whether you are thinking that using a PAP instead of the dongle will magically create a feature that MJ does not have.

Exactly what shows up in the other person's Caller ID display when you place a call?

I will ask again. Exactly what shows up in the other person's Caller ID display when you place a call? "Nothing" is not a possible answer, unless the person you are calling does not subscribe to incoming Caller ID.
