The nerve of Dan to run all these ads, "tell your friends" crap, "1-2-3" days of tech.. support every week.

From a scale one to ten; 1.5

I just order ATT Fibop and gave up. 28 contacts to MJ and the call quality and reliability of the software SUCKS!

I am not a violent person, but if I saw DAN, I would at least spit on him.

There is a place in the market for everyone, and you are entitled to choose to pay AT&T rates to enjoy their level of customer care.

Many of us here are just as happy to be playing at the other end of the price/customer service curve.
