T5710 Display Problem

I upgraded my T5710 to 512Mb/2Gb (Transcend TS2GDOM44H-S) and loaded WinXPro. I get the same display shown below whether I attach a monitor or view it from another computer using VNC, any suggestions?

wow, no definitive solution. Maybe try to eliminate the video as the problem. What happens if you re-install the original memory? Is the display normal then? If so, it' the implementation of Windows XP. If the display problem persists, maybe it's the T5710's video. A long shot, I haven't tried loading the full XP on a TC.
