I have a special PCI audio soundcard, and the MagicJack is going thru it and therefore doesn't allow me to use the Telephone option....
I want to use the telephone option.
I plugged the MagicJack into another pc with a standard audio card and it worked perfect.
How can I select the "stock" audio card for the MagicJack only?
appreciate any help.......

I found in HArdware Device Manager a USB "yellow circle" mentioned Tiger Direct not loaded....something like that.
I tried the MJ dongle into my pc again. This time I allowed Windows to search for a driver/software in the automatic windows popup, allowed auto search "recommended" and it found a "USB-Phone Device" driver etc..etc..
the MJ Menu, volume headset control,
then allowed the Telephone to be selected! Works great.
I can still go back to the Handset/Other if I want and its still using the higher end pci audio card.
maybe it was my initial download, because this Windows Search popup was there before....and I never did anything, just canceled it.
fyi...
