HI:
I finally fixed the problem with the interface not loading as there was a problem with IE. However, there is a new problem I am experiencing. When I am receiving a call, the "accept" window popups and disappears right away without any ringing or any other notification. I am not able to receive any calls. The phone hangs up immiediately.
I will appreciate if someone can help..
Thank you.

Incoming calls
I’m having similar problems, when I have just one phone connected to my MJ, I can make and receive calls and get V-mail too, but when I put a phone splitter on the magic jack with 2 phones connected to the splitter and one MJ, I can not get any incoming calls. Out going calls from either phone is OK.
I have the MJ plugged into a powered USB hub. Maybe the power is not enough.
I would like to put a third phone wire into the splitter to go to a wall jack so I could send the MJ signal to another room, but if I can’t get any incoming calls with just phones connected to the splitter, I’ll wait for a solution to the 2 phone problem 1st.

I have the problem with incoming calls. Same thing happens on different machines on different networks and different phones. The phone starts to ring then stops. The caller hears part of a ring and then nothing. The window pops up and then quickly goes away. While this is going on the MJ software interface shows 'Operational' then 'Hanging Up.'
I even tried an old AT&T single line Touch Tone phone and the same thing happens every time.
The only thing I can image is that the USB port doesn't have enough power for the telephones, but with several different telephones I have tried, it seems a little suspect.
(The PCs tried have included XP Pro, XP Home, and Vista Business - all with at least 1 GB of RAM.)
