I've had my MJ for 1 year now, and besides a few call quality issues, I really haven't had any problems. For the price, I really can't complain. It is unfortunate that others have had issues, I realize how frustrating that can be. Hopefully I will continue to experience good results.
It's the nature of the forum in the world of social dynamics.
- From amongst all MJ users, only some have problems.
- Among these people, only some seek out help from outside MJ chat.
- Among these people, only some find their way to this forum.
As of now, of all the people who have found their way to this forum, 20,796 have registered to become members. Many of them have been lurkers or spammers, but quite a few have stayed to participate.
- 2,322 members have contributed at least two postings.
- 987 members have contributed at least five postings.
- 448 members have contributed at least ten postings.
- 169 members have contributed at least 25 postings.
- 45 members have contributed at least 100 postings.
While not at all comprehensive, these raw data suggest some things.
It is probable that many of the 1,335 people with 2-4 postings came here to solve one problem.
It is probable that many of the 539 people with 5-9 postings came here to solve one big problem or 2-3 small problems.
It is probable that many of the 279 people with 10-24 postings got involved in at least one of the heavy discussions on Rants and Raves or The Lounge.
It is probable that many of the 124 people with 25-99 postings have a healthy mix of being a problem submitter and being a problem solver.
It is probable that many of the 45 people with 100+ postings are mostly problem solvers now, regardless of how they found their way here.
