magicjack runs on service pack 3

I have been using MJ since Aug 08 on my XP Pro SP3 with zero problems.
You may want to seacrh this site to see if you can see if one of the MANY hints on here can help you.

Do you have autorun turned off in Windows? If so you can go to the magicjack drive and start the autorun.exe file yourself to get the software running.

Does it not even show up as the 2 flash memory drives? If so are you plugged into an unpowered USB hub? If you are try plugging it into the usb port on the computer itself. Are you using the extension cable? If so try plugging the MJ in with out it.

when i plug the mj in the usb port the drive said that the usb is malfunction or the usb doesnt read the mj..im not using any extension cable...

Have you tried different USB ports on the computer?

Do you have another computer you can try it on?

yes i try other computer and it works but with windows service pack 2..and i try other usb port 2 on front and 4 at the back of the computer but it doesnt work.im using asus board core duo

Well I can say that it does run with WinXP SP3 so it is not SP3 that is your problem, something else is screwed up with that computer system. Does that SP3 system recognize any other type of USB device (ie. flash memory drive, camera, mouse, etc, etc.)?
