Called party can't hear me
I can hear the called party but they can't hear me. Any suggestions?

Sounds like an issue with your upstream bandwidth - can you run a speed test? I've experienced the same when traveling overseas at hotels with SLOW upstream Internet connections.napoli wrote:I can hear the called party but they can't hear me. Any suggestions?

Let start by giving more details about your MJ setup. What OS: XP, Vista, MAC, etc? Your ISP speed, download, upload speed? Do you use a router? Which one? Do you have any software firewall and/or proxy service running (pop-up blocker proxy server for example)? Do you use a real phone or a PC headset? Did you try a different phone and/or headset? Thank all of you for your replys. I solved the problem by switching telephones. I changed to a digital model and everything works fine. I had been using an older analog model which prevented my called party from hearing me. Once again, thank you very much.....all of you. The Majic Jack works like a charm.
