No Voicemail in mailbox

When I first installed and configured MagicJack the voicemail feature was working fine. Lately It has not been working at all. AfterI call my MJ number from another phone and leave a message, I use the MJ phone to call my MJ number press * then passcode and the vmail service prompts me that I have no voicemails. Also I haven't been getting email messages with voicemail attachments anymore. I tried using live chat, and all they do is reset my voicemail then say try it now. It never works. I finally got fed up with live chat and decided to ask here. Any help would be appreciated. I have about 20 days left on my 30 day trial.

I've had similar voice mail problems. I just waited a few days and it went away.

As described on the wiki FAQ (under contacting MJ), you can request at any time that your support chat be escalated to a manager, and from there to an engineer. You can tell whoever you're chatting with that you're not happy with the way they are handling your problem report, and ask whether they prefer you to contact Dan (the inventor) saying "so-and-so told me my only way to resolve this is to contact you directly."

I got some serious attention once when I pulled that.

Any one else having voice mail problems the last few days? I get an email with the wav file attached BUT when I go to check my voice mail it says no messages!! This has happened once before, a while ago, and then it cleared up on it's own. I rather live with it this was as opposed to calling "live" chat and have them "FIX" my problem....
So just curious if anyone else is having the same, or HAD the same, problem.

Whew at least I am not the only one.
Trying to decide to live with it OR talk to "live" chat..
This happened once before a few months ago and it cleared up on its own. BUT it would only miss one or two messages NOT all of them like it is doing now...

Just tested mine. Came through as e-mail with vocie message attached, and called voicemail and was told of the message and message was played back.

Mine worked the other day again. Like the last time this happened it seemed to be fixed on its own.. One can only assume they were doing some sort of server work??????

I receive my voicemails as attachments, but the VMAIL button doesn't light up. Also, I have recorded my outgoing message umpteen times and still it cannot be heard when someone calls in and I don't answer (they only hear that pre-recorded woman's voice).
