No sooner does my other problem seem to go away for a while and now a new one has popped up which I have never seen before.
I called from TX to southern FL to talk to my mother and right in the middle of the conversation it went into HOLD and my mother started hearing music (I hope MJ pays royalties for this music! LOL). Could not remove the hold through the phone or the software. So I had to disconnect, called back and within 60 secs same thing happened.
I gave up and just called back a 3rd time with my cell.
Anyone seen this -- seems like a bug on their part.
