Can anyone confirm MJ service went down this morning around 7AM PST?? It was sort of down then up then down then up , now down for almost 15 minutes. MJ dongle reports service not connected or ATA Voip light is out, I switched proxy servers which didn't help either.

Chatted with a higher level of tech support.Heres what they did

Anika: I refreshed the server settings here in our end. Please reboot your router/modem and computer for 3 minutes to save the settings. And when you boot up, please unplug and replug your magicjack to different USB port. "
Its back up now.
