i would very much like to have the caller id to be blocked but all searches say i cant do it, this is stupid. Any ideas?
The searches are right. Thank you for using them. If you want this feature you can either pay a service provider that has the feature or hold your breath waiting for MJ to implement a feature they make no money supporting.
MJ wants you to send out your phone number on an outbound call because they make a tiny amount of money on each minute of each inbound call we all receive. If you don't send out your number, nobody will be able to call it and put money in MJ's pocket. When you have the number of customers they have (somewhat short of what they claim, but immense nonetheless), those tenths of a cent add up to real money.

so if magicjack makes money on inbound calls to our MJ #s , why aren't they fixing the inbound calls not working all the time, recently.

Seems to me there are two scripts or programs that allow for this. One uses Jaduka; the other uses Grand Central, if memory serves. I've tried both and they both worked in the past. I don't really have a need for this so I can't say they work currently, but I suspect they do.i would very much like to have the caller id to be blocked but all searches say i cant do it, this is stupid. Ones you got it installed in your computer, it will block any caller ID including Magicjack. It works Great. That will be only if you don't mind initiating the call from your computer.
