Having a problem with incoming calls

When someone trys too call my magic jack number 815-349-xxxx my phone will ring but will not connect. So then i have too call them back for it to work. I also have a friend that has magic jack with the same area code and prefix and he's also having the same problem.

I have the same problem....its very annoying...i dont know what it is...Anyone know if there is a fix? area code 215-397

very srtange, everything is working good here 951-area code, california.

Does this happen all the times or just recently? And did you call them back using the MJ phone or by other means?

OK it's working now just got an incoming call and it connected. I usually have to call them back on my magic jack for it too work. This just happened in the last couple of days. No problems until now. I got my mj back in december

firewall problem

set firewall to allow ALL outbound TCP and ALL UDP traffic.
do not set to trusted app - doesn't work.
