I have a seperate dedicated PC with XP sp2 (flat install) for MagicJack.
Windows update has offered (in the hardware section) a driver for tiger jet network Inc. - USB Internet Phone by TigerJet.
Question: Should I install this driver? What's everyone's opinion on this?

My gut reaction is that you should take the update from Microsoft. It is very likely that your PC already has it because it was loaded by MJ when you installed the MJ. In the unlikely event that the MS version is older than the MJ version, it should just not clobber the newer version with the older one.
