Large local client gets "number not in service" message when they call my MJ #. Yet, when I call them, their caller ID correctly shows my number. Any ideas what's causing this issue?
Your "large local client" needs to contact the company that supplies their phone service and ask them to update their system to know that your number is a vaild number.
