Rotating ads using more memory?

I'm just wondering if the "new" rotating ads appearing in the MJ display are using more temporary memory.

I've got an HP T5710 512/256. This has been fine for months, but lately it is crashing (program stops; sometimes tries to restart). I'm wondering if my limited RAM is getting full.

I actually think it is the MJ dongle overheating, but am exploring other possibilities.

do a restart wait 5 min do a commit and restart, that helped me, i wasnt catching an update. that said 256mb ram is really thin.
