MJ on power pc

Post by trentmccoy »

Is there a way to run MJ on a power pc based mac? I have a G5 dual 2.0... granted its old but it runs great and I refuse to get rid of it. I would really like to find a way to get MJ to work.

Hi
Welcome. What have you tried on your Mac and what were the results? Tons of info in the forum section specifically on Macs.

I have tried crossover and another emulator that I can't remember. They work on my intel based mac laptop, but they will not work on a PPC based mac. I get the message that says it is not supported by this platform. I don't really want to have to purchase windows and run it that way. Is there some emulator that I can use that will cross between the PPC and windows without actually having to buy windows?
