My area code isn't available so I picked another one. However, sometimes I forget and dial 7 digits instead of 10 and MJ naturally dials locally within the area code I selected when I signed up.
Is there a way to tell Majic Jack to prepend a specific area code when only 7 digits are dialed? For me (nearly all my MJ calls are outgoing) that would be almost as good as having a number in my local area code.
Just add the 10 digit number to your phone book. That is the only way I know of.
