Blue Screen Crash

Screen turns blue and pc crashes when I plug the mj in. Any thoughts?

We really need more info like OS, processor speed, ram and maybe some more specifics as to exactly what is happening when you plug the MJ in. Are you plugging it into a hub or the computer, is the hub powered if you are using a hub. The more info the better.

O/S xp media version
Ram 2 gig
it works fine on my laptop connected to the same cable internet
plugging into usb
Screen turns dark blue and the pc crashes and then restarts. Crashes repeatedly unless you unplug the mj
I have 5 computers it works great on 4 of them
I have looked for something that conflicts Found nothing

It's likely some issue with your USB device contoller and drivers, and the way they interact with the MagicJack and Windows OS. You might have luck with updating the USB device drivers, if there are updates available.
