When I call using the MJ from a telephone the other party can't hear me. Occasionally after a reboot it will work.
It is OK using the PC only the telephones. I have tried 2 phones and neither works with MJ but both work fine on the landline.
I am up for renewal but am reconsidering.
I just tried a headset plugged direcly to the PC and it worked fine. Still no telephone though.
Yes. I neglected to mention that. I have a powered Belkin USB 2.0 hub. This problem just started within the last 5 or 6 days. I do have a new hub on order but I am sure that this one is sufficient. I even unplugged the other device in the hub to ensure maximum power.
I will assume that you are using phones that are designed for use in North America and that they are not ancient "Bell System" phones. In that case, since the softphone part and network parts of the equation work, it may be that you have a faulty dongle.

You do not have the same problem. Pathfinder is experiencing uniform behavior regardless of where he calls or who calls him. You are experiencing different behavior depending upon where you are calling.
