I have recently loaded MJ and after learning about its quirks it works well most of the time. I noticed that the volume of the people on the line I am speking to is quite high. Is this normal? Is there any way to control incoming volume?

I am using WXP and a regular phone.

Turn your speaker/phone volume down maybe?

There is a Menu option on the softphone... select volume... you will see the options for volume.
