no dial tone. use keypad can't hear ringing on my end but they pick up and i can hear them but they can't hear me.
happened suddenly about 10pm last night and still doing it.
uninstalled and reinstalled mj tried different phone no change.

details are.....pick up phone listen....no dial tone... magicjack screen does not come up as usual.
manually bring up mj screen... use phone keypad nothing shows up on magicjack screen....use softphone keypad....phone number shows and dials out .....can now hear phone ringing....person answers but cannot hear me. have tried 2 other phones to no avail.
have done the default device in sounds in control panel. all other usb devices in all usb ports are working normally.
phone i am using says it sees another parallel phone... whatever that means.
