I some how deleted desktop icon

I have my PC and laptop on my DSL, laptop has icon an it works,but my desktop PC has totally no sign of magicjack icon, I have searched everywhere in this PC and can not find even a reference to it...its as if it had never existed, could I have accidentally deleted it?

Sure, you could have deleted it. Just create a new one.

Thanks:) I done that a few times on my other PC(a laptop) it always created a new one,NP.

On this desktop PC, I have gotten a error code that cryptographic services is " unavailable" but when I go to services, is shows its started an running, I have no other symptoms, except The PC won't create another icon, ad MJ won't start no-more, also the RPC is saying its not available but in services it is shown as running, and started...I'm really puzzled, MJ is my only prograhm avected, I ran all my A/V programs, PC is clean, disk space is 95%, memory is plenty big...I'm really stumped, any idea's?

Sounds like your version of Windows is hosed up. You might try backing up your data and reinstalling.
