Magic Jack Stops Receiving Incoming calls.

Hello,
My Modem is plugged into a DLink DLG 4300 Wireless router. I can receive calls right after I start magic jack but after 10 -15 minute incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Magic jack support could not help. Has anyone here had a similar issue and know how I can fix this problem? I do not have this problem if I plug my modem into my PC.

Make sure your firewall recognizes magicjack as a safe application. I had a simialr problem and it was caused by my firewall blocking my incoming calls.
