MJ no longer comes up

The box LED lights, but I get nothing on my screen. I tried changing USB ports, but nothing new is detected. Are there some devices or anything I should delete after unplugging it to attempt a fresh install?

I should have been more clear - I have used MJ for about a year and a half now. Recently, and I don't know what I did, it simply stopped showing up on boot-up, nor anytime thereafter. So I tried swapping ports,, hoping it would re-initialize, but nope. Ideas?
