Is there a way to get Caller ID to show on a phone I'm calling, i.e., my name and / or number? Also is there a way to have inbound numbers / name to show?

The answer to both questions is no. Currently. MJ does not allow you to specify in software your name for outbound CID. They also only provide number only inbound CID to keep costs low.
