Magic Jack crashed every night, requiring me to unplug it and plug it back in to work. Just a strange windows error message. After the 4th day it crashed right after plugging it back in several times in a row, and I could not restart the computer at that point so I just dragged the error message off the screen out of the way. A little while later I picked up the phone and it was still working. So for a week now I've just left that error window running but out of the way and magic jack keeps on working. I can make and receive calls. I don't know what causes the error but I bet it is a windows problem and not a magic jack problem.
