Easy to pirate MagicJack

Post by iFilm7 »

you know the sticky: "Easy way to use magicJack without usb dongle..."?
well cant you use that to make multiple copies on every computer and it would let them have unlimited resources or something?
OFCOURSE MJ has to be there physically but in truth.... cant you pretty much have it pirated on every computer without having to buy multiple dongles?
or is there something wrong with my theory?
when i do that, every time i restart a machine.... does MJ need to authenticate the serial number and everything? because if so, then you would need the dongle plugged in right?
please help! im too confused lmao.

PS - im just trying to prove theory and im not in any way affiliated with piracy.

I think there would be a problem when MJ's servers detected multiple registrations from the same "device". Wouldn't really be a good thing to try. I think it would essentially be the same as running an ATA while MJ is running on a computer.

You can find much discussion in these forums but here's a link I hit through Google. http://voip.about.com/od/hardware/p/whatisanATA.htm

It's truly amazing what you can find out through searching the forums and the web.

I guess you figured out OTC.
