Broken storage

used strohs v1.5 to get sip, by the way gat my inf. in between seconds .
now that im trying to connected to my comp, gives me an error "Broken Storage" on the mj icon that appears everytime you pluged in.HOW CAN I GET IT TO WORK AGAIN DONT WANT TO CALL MJ ,AFTER THAT REDIRECTS ME TO MJFIX PAGE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING .
HELP ANYBODY THAT HAS GONE TROUGH SAME PROBLEM.

I went to the MJ's Q & A page. Found broken storage. Said to reformat the MJ removable disk. Did so didn't work. Finally went the Service chat and got a guy who knew his business. After you reformat the disk, right click on the MJ CD drive and click "restart". Voila worked great. I have to admit after readiong all the negative posts regarding the Customer Service I was VERY pleased. Does anybody know if unplugging the MJ while the computer is on will damage it? I think it's "hot swappable" but don't really know.

As is the case for most USB devices, you should eject it before you unplug it. Look for the eject icon in the tray (bottom right corner of screen).

Do you mean to take it through the steps to "Safe to disconnect?" I've never seen an eject button.
