Does Anyone Have A Dial Plan That Allows International Calls

I recently purchased International time for my MJ and cannot dial out. I believe it is due to my dial plan. Does anyone have a dial plan that will allow you to call out using your MJ international credit. If my assumption is incorrect about dial plan causing the problem please clarify what is causing the problem and how to remedy it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply oldtimercurt. I tried using mberlant's dial plan and I am still unable to make international with MJ credit. Using the MJ dongle works though.

Take a look at this there was some follow-on discussion about modifying emberlant's plan for international dialing. I use this to call Germany. I'm guessing that since you can call with the dongle, it's probably the dial plan. It's frustrating to be so close.
