CallQuality bad, echo, lap 5 seconds

I just setup my magic Jack today, and the call quality seems no good, seems there is 5 seconds lap and a lot echo , cave sounds.

Any fix for that?

I am using linksys wireless router with comcast cable internet. wireless moden is wrt160n. Do I have configure anything on the wireless router to make the phone call quality better?
